These Terms of Use apply to your use of www.pledgeinsurance.com (the “site”), operated by Pledge Insurance Services (“Pledge,” “we,” “us”), a licensed insurance agency, California License #0C64540. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only — not a policy or a promise of coverage
The site gives general information about insurance. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not describe the terms of any specific policy. The coverage you have is set only by the policy documents issued by your insurance company. Talk to a licensed Pledge agent about how any coverage applies to your situation.
Submitting a request does not bind coverage
You are not insured because you submitted a form, received a quote, or sent us a message. Coverage starts only when an insurance company has accepted your application and a licensed agent has confirmed the coverage and its start date to you in writing. Do not cancel any existing policy until your new coverage is confirmed.
Quotes
Any price or estimate we give you is based on the information you provide and on the insurance company’s rules at the time. It is not final. Every quote is subject to the insurance company’s underwriting review and approval, and the final premium may be different.
Information you provide
Please give complete and accurate information. Insurance companies rely on it to decide whether to offer coverage and at what price, and incorrect or incomplete information can lead to a higher premium, a denied claim, or a cancelled policy. By submitting a form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information is yours or that you are authorized to provide it.
Where we are licensed
Pledge is licensed to sell insurance in California and is also licensed to write certain commercial insurance in Texas. Not every product or insurance company is available in every state, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell insurance where we are not licensed.
Contacting you
If you agree to be contacted when you submit a form, we may call, text or email you about your request as described in that consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or by calling us. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- submit false information or requests on someone else’s behalf without their permission;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to submit forms or collect content from the site;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems that are not meant for public access; or
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or disrupts it for others.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and logos on the site belong to Pledge or to the companies that licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell site content without our written permission. Insurance company names and logos belong to those companies and are shown only to identify the companies we represent.
Links to other websites
The site links to insurance company payment and claims pages, review sites and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and to the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site.
Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top, and it applies from that date.
